Erica and John Garwood, along with Phoenix Scholarship recipient Lisa Tower, were interviewed Monday, Oct. 7 by WPBF 25 News. The Garwoods shared their story and how they are honoring Mark's life and legacy by providing scholarships to young people in recovery to help them continue their educations.
